HAFN STANDARD
Implementation of the Microsoft 365 and Azure base configuration.
We bring your Microsoft 365 tenant, your Intune devices and your Azure subscriptions to a documented, secure configuration — identities, endpoint management, data classification, governance.
Contents: Conditional Access and MFA as a binding policy, Intune profiles for Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, clean on-/offboarding, configuration documentation.
Implementation within 4–8 weeks, HAFN Standard at a fixed price. Data migration by effort, billed to the quarter-hour.
HAFN BETRIEB
We operate your Microsoft cloud environment in modular, bookable service modules.
Once the foundation from the HAFN Standard is laid, we take over ongoing operation: with HAFN Betrieb (our managed service) we manage access, availability, service management, the service desk and support quotas. With our separately bookable service modules we take responsibility for topics such as monitoring, endpoint management, backup monitoring, on- and offboarding. You book the service modules you need and combine them — monthly, quarterly or several times a year.
On request, we also accompany the controlled adoption of new technologies — such as Microsoft Copilot and AI agents on a Microsoft 365 environment prepared for it.

HAFN KONTOR
Licences, procurement, third-party — bundled.
