Are we too small for HAFN as a non-profit organisation?
No — our scalable model is built exactly for organisations that do not bring a large IT department. Whether 10 or 300 users: HAFN Standard and HAFN Betrieb adapt to your size. With fixed prices, the cost structure stays manageable.
Are we even eligible for discounted licences?
We check that together — free and quickly. Microsoft provides considerable discounts for eligible organisations. Many of our customers did not know they were eligible. We guide you through the TSI programme and CSP activation.
Who looks after the IT if no one here has a clue?
That is exactly what HAFN Betrieb is for. You need no in-house IT knowledge — we take responsibility for ongoing operation. With dedicated contacts, clear services and monthly reporting that is understandable even for non-IT people.
We already use Microsoft 365 — but chaotically. What now?
