What does "BSI-aligned" mean in concrete terms?

The standard configuration follows the recommendations of BSI baseline protection for Microsoft 365 and Azure — Conditional Access, device compliance, backup strategy, logging. The evidence is documented and audit-ready. We do not issue a BSI certification ourselves — we provide the basis for it.

We have several companies — how do we integrate them?

In a standardised way. Each company is set up to the same HAFN Standard — either in a consolidated tenant or with clear separations. Which path fits we clarify in the first conversation, depending on compliance and tax requirements.

How exactly is the protection of tenant data ensured?

Through sensitivity labels, Conditional Access and Workplace Governance. Tenant files are classified, access is restricted to authorised roles, oversharing is detected. With AI use, the labels take effect — Copilot sees only what the sensitivity classification permits.

We have our own ERP for property management — does it stay?

Yes. HAFN Standard and HAFN Betrieb build the Microsoft 365 workplace around your ERP. Interfaces, permissions and data flows are documented, the ERP remains untouched. Where needed, we cleanly bring it into identity and access management.

Can we cancel monthly?

Yes. All HAFN Betrieb service modules can be cancelled monthly. If your needs change — consolidation, growth, new compliance requirements — we adjust the service package easily.
