Yes — because our approach adapts. Whether housing sector, logistics, non-profit or industry: we bring a system that fits in — technically and organisationally.
Won't it take ages to go live?
Usually 4–8 weeks for the HAFN Standard Workplace, depending on the environment. The Standard is documented and proven — no concept phase from scratch.
Who looks after it day to day?
If you wish: we do. With HAFN Betrieb we take over the day-to-day operation of the Microsoft cloud — service desk, monitoring, endpoint management, on-/offboarding. For anything we cannot cover ourselves, we recommend a qualified partner.
Will my colleagues get on with it?
After the HAFN Standard, we support your colleagues in sensibly mapping your processes into the Microsoft cloud. In ongoing operation, the service desk remains the point of contact for day-to-day questions.
What does it cost?
HAFN Standard at a fixed price, HAFN Betrieb billed monthly per booked service package. Services outside these packages are billed transparently by effort — prices and scope are set out in writing before any contract is signed.
Will our IT stay secure and compliant for the long term?
You receive a configured and documented Microsoft 365 / Azure environment based on the HAFN Standard. With HAFN Betrieb we make sure it stays that way.
